Research records
Historical studies and paper observations are separate records. Each keeps its source dates, assumptions and earlier results.
Scope and changes
- A result identifies its asset, timeframe, portfolio role, data boundary, execution assumptions and cost model.
- Earlier results and valid unfavourable observations are retained. A new chart, parameter or observation does not replace the earlier record.
- Changes to the universe, features, risk rules, transaction model or capital level need evidence for that scope. Historical simulation, paper trading and any later live evidence remain distinguishable.
Public and private review
Public summaries give the research status, selected evidence, dates, definitions, modelled equity execution scenarios and material limitations.
An agreed private review can include source records, scenarios and the conditions that would invalidate a result. A proposed trading arrangement also needs review of broker, borrowing, financing and operating assumptions. Sensitive signal construction remains private.
Commercial arrangements
PSIM currently offers no public investment product. A live-capital or signal-delivery relationship would require agreed legal, regulatory, operating and commercial terms before service begins.
