How information is handled.

The notice below covers collection, use, retention, service providers and privacy requests.

01

Information collected

The contact form collects the name, email address, topic and message you provide, together with the submission time. Limited technical request data may be processed briefly to protect the form and site from abuse. Guest access may generate security and access logs. Public website pages use Google Analytics, together with Google Tag Manager, to measure visits and site usage. Google Analytics may use cookies and process page URLs, browser and device information, and interaction data.

02

How it is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess requested access, maintain site security and meet legal obligations. It is not used to build advertising profiles or sold to third parties.

03

Retention

The contact-form delivery queue retains a submission for no longer than 30 days. Delivered correspondence may be retained for an ongoing relationship, a requested follow-up or a legal obligation. Invalid or expired queue submissions are removed.

04

Service providers and transfers

Site-delivery, security and email-communication providers receive information only as necessary for those functions. Google receives analytics data from the public website to provide usage measurement. Contact and request data may be processed in the United States; transient network processing may occur in other countries as traffic is routed. Cross-border processing is subject to the safeguards required for the relevant transfer.

05

Your choices

You may ask whether PSIM holds personal information about you and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. You may also withdraw a request for research updates at any time.

06

Contact

Use the privacy topic on the contact page for a privacy request. Include enough information to identify the relevant enquiry, but do not send passwords, account credentials or identity documents through the form.
