The public research is available below. A hardware project starts with an agreed test plan, equipment terms and publication schedule.

Before testing

Testing: Jobs, dataset sizes, configuration, software, repeat-run method and metrics.
Equipment: Delivery, installation, power, connectivity, support, ownership or loan period, and return arrangements.
Deliverables: Report, reproduction material, milestones and technical review.
Publication: Data licences, confidentiality, factual review, attribution, reuse rights and sponsorship disclosure.

A capital relationship requires separate review of trading assumptions, risks, operating responsibilities and legal arrangements.
