Research rights and licensing
Any future licence would define the research covered, who may use it and for how long. PSIM currently offers no public signal service.
Use and exclusivity
A licence could permit non-exclusive use or reserve specific strategies, markets or uses for one partner. Full exclusivity would need to justify the work and opportunities it restricts.
Terms to agree
- Scope: the strategies, markets, output format and information to be shared.
- Use: permitted recipients, applications and restrictions on redistribution.
- Payment and duration: compensation, funding commitments and the term of any restriction.
- Review and termination: obligations, review dates, exit rights and use of the output after the agreement ends.
Signal delivery would require suitable legal, regulatory and operating arrangements. Sensitive methodology would be shared only under an agreed review scope.
